I just want this to be about just going out, taking pictures and socializing. What I want to do is schedule informal shoots about every three weeks and then after the shoot meet up somewhere like a bar and talk and get to know each other. Every week in Austin, an old business or storefront closes down, and the really cool, old, rusty retro-style sign gets taken down or repurposed into something else. We aim to preserve what those old signs looked like for the photographic record. We'll have a Flickr stream, a photoblog, and maybe a facebook group or twitter feed.
