This group is the organizational hub for a community of people passionate about photography and wanting to take their art to new heights. Our goal with F/2 is to create opportunities where local experts can share their passion and expertise about photography, both in the field and in the classroom, and help you become the best photographer, the best artist, you can be while having a lot of fun along the way!

Signing up for Callanwolde's 8-week Wednesday evening photography course each quarter, is necessary to be in our group.    We print in Callanwolde's traditional black and white darkroom, and are exposed to the work of others.  Paying the quarterly fee also entitles you to further use of the darkroom. The Southeastern Photographic Society (SPS) was formed to help its members learn the skills for capturing great images and sharing them with others. The society has been serving the photographic community since 1976, now with well over 200 members. Each month SPS hosts a competition and lecture/presentation on the first Friday.
